Birth Doula Support
Feel prepared, supported and never alone during your birth experience.
Birth doula support includes:
• Complimentary consultation
• Two 90-minute prenatal appointments
• Birth planning and preparation
• Comfort measures and labour-position preparation
• Ongoing phone and text support during pregnancy
• On-call availability beginning at 37 weeks
• Continuous support throughout labour and birth
• Emotional and physical comfort support
• Support and encouragement for your partner
• Immediate postpartum support following birth
• One 90-minute postpartum follow-up
Founding Family Rate: $750
Regular rate: $950
Newborn & Postpartum Support
Extra hands, reassurance and breathing room during the early weeks with your baby.
Postpartum support may include:
• Newborn care and guidance
• Soothing, holding and settling baby
• Non-medical feeding support
• Bottle preparation and washing
• Baby-related laundry and light tidying
• Support while you rest, shower or eat
• Emotional support and reassurance
• Help understanding your baby’s cues
• A calm, non-judgmental presence while your family adjusts
$40/hour — 3-hour minimum
Limited overnight support is also available at $55/hour and must be arranged in advance.
Birth + Postpartum Support
Rooted Beginnings
For families who want continuity of support from pregnancy and birth into the early postpartum period.
Includes the complete Birth Doula package plus 24 hours of postpartum support to use following your baby’s arrival.
